Labor in Government in WA 1920's

The four primary sources in this section are from the records of Alex McCallum, Minister for Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage in the First Collier Labor Government of 1924 to 1930. The documents provide insight into the challenges faced by a government minister in servicing the requirements of more remote parts of WA at this time while also celebrating some of the main achievements of the period.
