The Launch of the Elizabeth Jolley Research Collection

Curtin University Library celebrated the life and work of Elizabeth Jolley by the launch of the online Elizabeth Jolley Research Collection - a virtual research resource for scholars interested in one of Australia's most significant writers.

The collection was launched by Ian Templeman on February 8, 2008. Mr Templeman established the Fremantle Arts Centre Press, publishers of Elizabeth Jolley's first novel.

Following the launch, the annual Elizabeth Jolley Lecture in the form of a forum was held. The chairperson for the forum was Elizabeth Webby and the speakers were Dave Warner, Julienne Van Loon and Kim Scott.
