2009 John Curtin Prime Ministerial Library (JCPML) Visiting Scholar, Bob Wurth, former ABC journalist and now full time author, researched the unusual, sometimes secretive, personal relationships that developed in 1941-42 between Australia's three prime ministers of that period - Robert Menzies, Arthur Fadden and John Curtin - and the new Japanese envoy to Australia, Tatsuo Kawai. The JCPML developed a travelling exhibition and accompanying web resource to showcase Wurth's research and the many photographs and documents he discovered along the way. | ||
